2019 Allora Petite Sirah

This one-of-a-kind Petite Sirah is 100% Estate grown. It is clear from the incredible flavor profile that this is happy, healthy fruit. Not only is this one of the most beautiful, robust cluster of grapes you'll ever see, but each individual grape is significantly larger than other varietals. Contrary to what most people have heard or read, this varietal is called "Petite" Sirah because of its relationship to Syrah and not because of the size of the grapes. It is rich and complex with a velvety texture. It has luscious notes of blackberry, black cherry, and mocha. This wine pairs beautifully with roasted lamb, venison and ribeye steak. The blend is composed of 89% Petite Sirah and 11% Cabernet Sauvignon.
