2019 Allora Cielo Super-Tuscan Style Red Blend
Cielo was created as a tribute to the amazing wines of Tuscany. In Italian, "Cielo" means "sky" or "heaven" this heavenly blend contains 40% Sangiovese and 60% Cabernet Sauvignon. The Sangiovese is sourced from a dry-farmed vineyard in the Howell Mountain appellation while the Cabernet Sauvignon is from the Allora Estate Vineyard in St. Helena. Cielo is bright and beautiful with notes of rose petals in the bouquet and red raspberry and currant on the palate. This age-worthy wine complements any dish with bold, rich flavors including a variety of cheeses.
