2018 Allora Cabernet Franc
Cabernet Franc is the smallest production wine in the Allora portfolio. Only 70 cases are made each vintage. In order to achieve the incredible flavor in this Cab Franc, we literally have to cut off half or more of all the fruit growing on each vine. It has a following because of its refinement and elegance. A waiting list for the Allora Allocation program was created because of the high demand for this exquisite wine. It has a bouquet of rose petals, ripe strawberries and spice with flavors of blackberry and raspberry on the palate. The blend is 95% Cabernet Franc and 5% Cabernet Sauvignon.
